Red Svaneti Salt is a unique blend of 10 spices, created with additional chili to provide a spicier flavor compared to the classic and green Svaneti salt variants. It comes from the Svaneti region of Georgia — a place where regular salt was once rare — and was created by supplementing the salt with local dried and fresh herbs. Today, it is one of the most popular traditional Georgian spice blends, ideal for soups, sauces, meat and fish dishes, pastas, pasta, baked goods, stews, vegetable salads, marinades and pickles.

• Salt "Extra" and salt 2 (ground) – the highest quality salts that form the basis of the mixture
• Garlic granules (26-40) – gives a strong, rich garlic flavor
