Orders
All orders placed are available and confirmed. The items in your shopping cart are not reserved and can be purchased by other customers.
Spiceherbsland only sells items that are in stock and available for shipment from our distribution center. However, we reserve the right to not ship certain prepaid items due to manufacturing issues or quality control. In such cases, you will be notified by email and will receive a refund to your credit or debit card within 30 days of notification that the item is unavailable.
Spiceherbsland keeps transaction records for at least one year.
Pricing policy
The prices you find on spiceherbsland are listed in EUR currency and include VAT. All prices and offers are valid as advertised. The prices displayed at the time of ordering will be taken into account. Prices may change over time.
Accepting your order
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email with your order details. This email serves as confirmation that we have received your order.
The contract between the customer and spiceherbsland will be concluded when you receive an email about the dispatch of the goods, unless the order is cancelled.

Delivery
All purchases made on www.spiceherbsland.lv are shipped only within the European Union (EU) using DPD . Orders are processed and shipped. Within 3 business days .
Delivery methods: home delivery, as well as delivery to parcel machines .
Delivery time depends on the destination country, usually from 3 to 10 days .
Responsibility for the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Please ensure that the delivery details are accurate as we are not responsible for delays or problems caused by incorrect information.
Returns and refunds
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will replace it or refund the price paid, plus reasonable return postage costs. Refunds do not cover the costs of priority or premium postal services, nor insurance fees.
However, if the product has been opened or used, or if the return is for personal reasons, we cannot process a refund.
