Orders
All orders placed are available and confirmed. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Spiceherbsland only sells items that are in stock and available for shipment from our distribution center. However, we reserve the right not to dispatch certain pre-paid items due to production problems or quality control. In such cases, you will be notified by email and will receive a refund to your credit or debit card within 30 days of notification that the item is unavailable.
Spiceherbsland keeps transaction records for at least one year.
Pricing Policy
Prices found on spiceherbsland are in EUR currency with VAT included. All prices and offers are valid as advertised. Prices displayed at the time of ordering will be taken into account. Prices are subject to change over time.
Acceptance of Your Order
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email with the order details. This email serves as confirmation that we have received your order.
The contract between the customer and spiceherbsland will be concluded when you receive an email confirming the shipment of the goods, unless the order is cancelled.
Spiceherbsland cannot accept your order if payment authorization is not granted, items are out of stock, the product is recalled, or you do not meet the purchase eligibility criteria.
Spiceherbsland is not responsible for any product recalls from spiceherbsland, whether the product has been sold or not. We reserve the right to remove, change, or correct any information or content on the website.

We accept payments via PayPal, Visa, Swedbank, SEB, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and others. Payment will be deducted from your account after the order is placed on spiceherbsland. Delivery
All purchases made on www.spiceherbsland.lv are shipped only within the European Union (EU) territory, using DPD. Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days.
Delivery methods include: home delivery, as well as delivery to parcel lockers.
Delivery time depends on the destination country, usually from 3 to 10 days.
At the time of delivery, responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer. Please ensure that the delivery details are accurate, as we are not responsible for delays or problems caused by incorrect information.
Returns and Refunds
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will replace it or refund the paid price, as well as reasonable return postage costs. Refunds do not cover the costs of priority or premium postal services, nor insurance fees.
However, if the product is opened or used, or if the return is due to personal reasons, we cannot process a refund.
