Cardamom, also known as cardamom or cardamom, is a spice obtained from the seeds of plants of the genus Elettaria and Amomum in the family Zingiberaceae. It is the third most expensive spice in the world, surpassed only by vanilla and saffron. Cardamom has a unique and strong taste, with an intensely aromatic resinous aroma. Cardamom is one of the main ingredients in Indian cuisine, and is also used in baking, as an additive to basmati rice, and traditionally in coffee and tea.
